Big Butterfly Count 2013, a fifteen minute count at EIDB produced: 1 Small Skipper, 3 Large Whites, 1 Small White, 4 Green-veined Whites, 1 Peacock, 2 Marbled Whites (first site record), 3 Meadow Browns, 9 Gatekeepers, 1 Speckled Wood and 5 Six-spot Burnets, also seen after the count ended: 1 Essex Skipper, 1 Large Skipper, 1 Red Admiral, 1 Common Blue (John Archer) and 2 Commas (Nick Tanner).
